Sprocket Carrier
Designed top fit all sprockets this carrier is unique in that in carry to sprockets at the same time to enable quick gearing changes. Available with 6mm or 8mm keyways and to fit 25mm, 30mm and 35mm axles.
We stock a wide range of discs to cater to all your needs. All our steel discs are laser cut and then precision ground to the required thickness.
76mm LOCATION - Plain steel discs are available 200mm in diameter and 6mm or 8mm thick.
Slotted steel discs are available 200mm in diameter and 6mm or 8mm thick.
We recommend this discs to be used with the MX50 and MX200 Braking Systems
Fully Vented discs are 200mm in diameter and 12mm thick. Made from heat treated cast iron this disc we recommend to be used with our MX Race System.
10mm LOCATION - These plain or cross drilled steel discs are available 200mm in diameter and 6mm or 8mm thick.
70mm LOCATION - These plain or slotted discs are available 200mm in diameter and 8mm thick . Designed to be mounted with our split rear hub.
30mm DIAMETRE SOLID OPEN ENDED KEYWAY
These axles are widely used in the kart rental market and come as standard in lengths of 1020mm, 1070mm and 1143mm. They are produced with an open ended keyway and the keyway runs to the centre of the axle from opposite sides. They are then able to fit most of the karts available today.
Disc Carrier
This disc carrier has a location diameter of 76mm, comes with 6mm or 8mm keyways and available fit 25mm, 30mm and 35mm axles.
This disc carrier is extremely strong. Also has a location diameter of 76mm and is designed to be used in conjunction with our 12mm fully vented disc and MX Race System. Available with 6mm or 8mm keyways and for a 300mm axle.
CABLE OPERATED BRAKES
This is a cable operated manually adjusted brake which offers superb value for money popular for use with Tot Rods.
MANUALLY ADJUSTED SYSTEMS
These brakes have proved to be one the most reliable brakes on the market. With manual adjustment these brakes do not use shims but an adjuster pillar which is why they are so popular. These brakes are available with four coil spring pad return as standard and come with plastic or braided pipe. Extremely popular with cadet kart and pro kart manufacturers this system excels in sprint and wet weather racing due to it's superb progressive feel. Also very popular with the rally kart market.
